It was such a beautiful tree on the edge of the water. I took & edited this pic yesterday. I loved the B&W effect, but I also loved it in it’s natural color, so I decided to make it both. Today, I searched for a quote on trees, and this one came up… I thought it was perfect as it also captured both sides.
“There are two trees, each yielding its own fruit. One of them is negative….it grows from lack of self-worth and its fruits are fear, anger, envy, bitterness, sorrow – and any other negative emotion. Then there is the tree of positive emotions. Its nutrients include self-forgiveness and a correct self concept. Its fruits are love, joy, acceptance, self-esteem, faith, peace…and other uplifting emotions.” – Kathi’s Garden

“A still more cogent example of existence as relationship is the production of a rainbow. For a rainbow appears only when there is a certain triangular relationship between three components: the sun, moisture in the atmosphere, and an observer. If all three are present, and if the angular relationship between them is correct, then, and then only, will there be the phenomenon “rainbow.” – Alan Watts
So true what they say… you don’t really know someone until you’ve lived, worked or traveled with them!
“Until we lose ourselves there can be no hope of finding ourselves. We are of the world, and to enter fully into the world we must first lose ourselves in it.” ~Henry Miller~
